Angel CoFund

We make equity investments together with angel investors to Finnish seed companies. An angel investor refers to a natural person or an investment company fully owned by a natural person. An investment proposal can be sent when there are at least 3 new and independent angel investors in the angel syndicate for the target company, one of whom acts as the lead angel. Each angel investor must invest at least 15 000 euros, and the total investments of the angel syndicate must be at least 50 000 euros. The Angel CoFund’s investment is at most equal to the angel syndicate's investment, and the fund makes investments on the same terms as the angel syndicate. Additionally, the fund's target company must meet the following criteria:

The company is less than 5 years old and registered in Finland
The company has fewer than 50 employees
The company’s turnover has not exceeded €150,000 during its operation in any fiscal year according to the audited financial statements and based on the last 12 months’ accounting records
The company is not an affiliate of another company
The company does not operate in the following industries: weapons, alcohol, pornography, tobacco, gambling, or human cloning
